Sermon Notes

Come Alive

Join us for the final installment of our "Dry Bones" series, where we reach the culmination of Ezekiel's profound journey. In today's episode, "Come Alive," we delve into Ezekiel 37:1–14, where Ezekiel finds himself amidst a valley of dry bones, a scene of desolation and hopelessness. Yet, as Ezekiel obediently prophesies over these lifeless remains, God's miraculous power breathes vitality back into them, illustrating His capacity to restore what appears beyond redemption.

Today, we encounter two kinds of people: those spiritually dead and those silenced by despair. Yet, just as Ezekiel was instructed to prophesy life, we too are called to speak vitality into the barren areas of our lives and communities. Our journey through Ezekiel's vision reminds us of God's unwavering ability to renew and revive, irrespective of external circumstances.

As we conclude this series, let us heed the call to action, embracing repentance, renewal, and the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit. Let us become conduits of God's transformative power, bringing life to the dry bones around us and ushering in a revival of hope and purpose.
